SALARIED GP – Full Time or Part Time (totally flexible) with a view to partnership if you want it. We have a position for 1-2 persons.
Looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious & self-motivated GP to join our warm and friendly GP team. This is the practice where Dr Ramesh Mehay works (creator of www.bradfordvts.co.uk). More about us…
We are a practice consisting of 7 GPs, 3 Practice Nurses, 3 Health Care Assistants, and a lovely admin team. We have around 8,900 patients. We use SystmOne and we operate from a large new purpose-built building with easy access and plenty of car parking space. We have a SystmOne add on called Ardens which makes SystmOne tonnes easier to use.
We are easy to get to. We have a strong clinical team including in-house Pharmacists, Midwives, Health Visitors, District Nurses, Case Managers, Podiatrists, Health Trainers and CAB that you will have access to. We are committed to the development of our team and we put on a weekly protected educational session in this regard. We have a strong training focus, having developed GP trainees, medical students, advanced practitioners, associate physicians and nurse students.
We do our best in the current climate to keep stress down to a minimum and create a professional rewarding, warm and nurturing environment. We are constantly looking at ways to reduce red tape and make our lives easier. For example, imagine a practice where the in-house pharmacist deals with the vast majority of repeat prescriptions, re-authorising, acute requests, looking at all hospital letters, reconciling outpatient medication requests, TTOs and so on. We’ve also trained a clinical admin team to sift and action letters leaving you with very few letters to deal with each day. And to finish things off – there are loads of amenities nearby (including several good coffee houses). For those of you who live in Harrogate and Leeds – we are an easy commute.
